Rebecca Saindon has over 26 years experience specializing in Relieving Musculoskeletal Pain and Restoring Posture. She is a Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Certified Corrective Exercise Coach with extensive training, and Posture Alignment Specialist. Rebecca provides hands-on manual therapy at, the Nashville Neuromuscular Center in Nashville, TN and conducts presentations and workshops focusing on body awareness and posture as it relates to pain and wellness. She excels in turning the serious topic of physical anatomy into a less-daunting, much lighter, "Oh, now I get it!" epiphany for her audience and clients. Rebecca's goal is to help people realize that they have control over their bodies in the same way they have control over their external environments.
